Shipping Policy
 
Domestic Shipping (India)
Free Shipping within the India addresses!
 
Items are generally shipped within 2 to 4 working days if the item is from Indian Merchant & 10 to 15 working days if the item is Imported (from International Merchants) kindly refer our shipping terms for the products in key features. Items that are not in stock may take an extra 2 to 5 days to ship. During the holiday season, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for order processing.
 
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipping to an India addresses. Depending on the merchandise and the destination, we may use Blue Dart, DTDC, First Flight, Professional Courier or India Post at our discretion. 
 
Possible Delays:
If you pay with credit card and your billing and shipping address are different, order verification may take an additional business day/s.
 
Notes:
Transit time does not include the pick up day, weekend, and holidays. 
Our shipping is service-guaranteed driven, meaning we will use whatever carrier and shipping method to ensure that you receive your products within prescribed shipping days. 
 
When will I get my stuff?
We try to push out all orders received before 6pm IST (provided that no verification is needed) the very same day. However, there will be times when orders can get delayed (ie: credit card verification, last minute out of stock, etc.), so it is always best to allow at least 24 hours for order processing. Thus when you calculate when you will get your stuff, it's best to add 1 day to the transit time listed above.
 
Taking Delivery of your Order:
Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
 
If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time:
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
 
I Have Only Received Part of my Order:
Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the delivery tracking page in the My Account / My orders section. If shipment is still ongoing, your missing items will almost certainly be delivered shortly. If the shipment dates have lapsed and you have not received your entire order, please contact us by sending a mail to customer care at support@luxerium.com
 
 
International and U.S. Territory Shipping
 
We currently support foreign currencies, guaranteed order totals and international shipments for over 100 countries and some U.S. Territories. At luxerium.com, we are continually working to expand our shipping services to additional countries.
 
We ship most items within 2-4 business days of when you place your order. The time frame for delivery is based on shipment services by DHL, Fedex, UPS or India Post and may vary according to the shipping destination. To check if we currently offer shipping to your country and for information on international shipping charges, select your region during checkout for international shipment charges.
 
Shipping Charges:
International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on desired service level (Standard/Express), type and quantity of items, total weight of the items and the destination country's postal code. 
 
Track Your Order:
Complete the following steps to track your order:
 
Log into "My Account".
Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.
 
Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.
Oversized-items have special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-6 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
Until International shipments leave the shipping hub, you may not have tracking information.
For packages shipped by India Post, we can display only a delivery confirmation number. We cannot display tracking information on items shipped by this carrier. 
 
Delivery Information:
Delivery time for most items can take up to 10 business days.
If you do not receive your order after 15 business days (three weeks) of placing it, please contact us by sending a mail to customer care at support@luxerium.com.
 
We cannot declare an item as gift. All applicable customs, import duties, vat taxes, goods service taxes and related shipping charges, unless otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
 
We don't ship to any country that is not serviced by our Carrier Agents (DHL, Fedex, UPS & India Post).
 
Payment:
For international orders, we accept Checkout with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through our online shopping cart.
 
Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
 
All payments are in US dollars. Your bank/credit card company will handle the conversion and they may charge you a nominal fee for that service.
 
Credit Card Verification:
 
All International orders are verified individually by our trained verification staff. To expedite this process, please be available at your phone and/or email so we can contact you. Please include the phone number to your credit card issuer in the comment area during checkout. On certain orders, we may ask for a copy of your credit card (front and back, you can black out the first 12 digits for your protection), an official photo identification, and in some instances your credit card statement scan a copy and email them to us at support@luxerium.com.
 
Your order may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to verify your information.
